 We are not a traditional accounting firm.

 What distinguishes our approach is how decisions are made.

We do not rely on templates, generic checklists, or aggressive interpretations. Each engagement begins with a risk and defensibility assessment, evaluating not only whether something is technically permissible, but whether it is likely to be accepted and sustained under regulatory scrutiny.

This is particularly important in family office planning, where issues often arise not from compliance failures, but from unclear governance, weak substance, or misaligned structures that do not reflect how decisions are actually made.
